Griffin’s Go Out

Griffin needs to be able to be sent across the ring, past jumps, in the third level of competition obedience.  We haven’t done any practice with a ‘real ring’ set up since spring.

And surprisingly, his session looked really good.

I really like his sharp turn when I ask for the Sit.  I found it very interesting how well he did even though we do far more agility work (going over jumps!).

Note that he was never trained with food or a toy out at the stanchion. Occasionally I will put food or a toy out and send him, we only do that in medium or tall grass and he does not see me put the item out, it’s very much a surprise.
